· Accurately identify strengths and areas for growth in managing emotions
· Regularly reflect on my emotional reactions to different situations
· Practice bias interruption, GROW coaching model, and positive reframing
Module 3: Tempering Conflict in Team Dynamics
· Separate the person from the problem
· Listen for understanding, not just to react
· Use “I” statements, not accusations
· Understand your conflict style
Module 4: Self-Coaching
· Understand the science behind self-management
· Develop habits for better emotional control and time management
· Learn to identify and interrupt automatic negative behaviors
· Improve follow-through on tasks and responsibilities
· Practice self-motivation and resilience strategies
· Wrap-Up: Self-Management Action Plan
