David Mazur

As a seasoned professional in instructional design and workforce development, with over 30 years of experience, David began his career as a trainer in customer service and employee engagement with 4-Star hotels such as Westin, Hilton, and Sheraton Hotels. Leveraging his expertise, David transitioned into the private club industry, holding various executive management positions before establishing his own consulting firm, (https://clubbestpractices.com) where he specialized in staff development, recruitment, retention, organizational analysis, survey development, and strategic planning.


Throughout his career, David has mentored and coached numerous professionals, offering a balanced perspective on personal development and career success. With over 15 years as a successful entrepreneur and 12 years as an adjunct professor, he has taught courses in business, marketing, team building, customer service, strategic development, effective communications, sales, and marketing.
